About CERISE: CERISE Intelligence

The CERISE Intelligence category of the site includes Recent Decisions, Current Proceedings, and the Document Archive.

The Recent Decisions section contains information concerning newly released regulatory decisions including summaries, analysis and, where possible, access to electronic copies of the decisions. Where applicable, the analysis conducted concerning the major issues addressed in the case will be cross-referenced to the CERISE review of that issue (see below). In this section, Recent Decisions are searchable by jurisdiction and year.

Current Proceedings, also searchable by jurisdiction and year, contain status reports for significant current proceedings along with links to procedural notices and important case material. The status reports set out an outline of what the applicant is requesting, the relevant dates that have been set down by the tribunal involved and the current stage of the application in the hearing process.

The Document Archive section consists of an archive of significant regulatory documents in tandem with a dedicated search engine to locate documents through the use of key words that have been defined by our experts.
